I would propose you refer to the beneath steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Open up the Control prompt every bit an ambassador.
2. Type in the following command (printing Enter after each 1)

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
nbtstat -rr
netsh int ip reset all
netsh winsock reset

3. Restart your computer, and when information technology boots up, check to see whether or not the problem has been resolved.

Run the troubleshooter: Select the Commencement button, and and so select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and so from the list select Windows Shop apps > Run the troubleshooter.

It says "Sing in with your account"  which I tin can non do.

Thats the whole point.

Sadly none worked...it seems however they were right..information technology seems to be networking event.

I found few more problems:

In Xbox Networking : NAT type Teredo unable to qualify, Server blocked.

whatsoever other suggestions ?

I would suggest you refer to the below articles and bank check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Choice one. Disable Block Microsoft Accounts Policy.

1. Press the Windows key and type in gpedit.msc and press enter.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
3. Search 'Accounts: Block Microsoft accounts'
4. Double-click and under the 'Local Security Setting' set to 'This policy is disabled'.
5. Restart your computer, and when it boots upwards, effort logging your business relationship.

Sadly sir there is no issue.

The policy under Accounts: Block Microsoft accounts was actually undefined. I inverse it to disabled but it did nothing.

the error persists. I had high hopes..

I did ..nonetheless no go. Is information technology possible that my calculator is blocked past Microsoft ?

not sure if resetting windows will solve anything.
